Growth Mechanics or Survival Mechanics?

 

Hi friends welcome to “Snehha Ke vichar”

You all know that I keep sharing my entrepreneurial journey and my learnings that I have been getting along the way from my mentor.

Today as well I want to share yet another precious learning.

So one evening I happen to call my mentor.

We were just discussing random things and as you all know even while I am chitchatting with him, I get some or the other learnings, which happened this time too and then thought of sharing it with you all.

Do you know what do you mean by Mechanics?

As you all know “Mechanics is related to physical science that deals with energy and forces and their effect on bodies.”

This mechanics is applicable to living beings too.

Our body parts too have certain mechanics due to which it functions in a particular way right.

Now you’ll will say that we all know this. It’s simply science and we have studied this in probably 3^rd grade,what’s new about that.

I agree, but have you known one fact that there is one organ whose mechanics is important for our financial and spiritual growth in life.

And that is the only organ whose mechanics can be changed?

Now what is that organ?

How can we change it’s mechanics?

So my dear friends, that organ is our Brain.

 

We all have heard a term ‘ Survival of the fittest”

That has inculcated with in us since we were sapiens.

As humans would stay in  jungle and the only thing that was important was to Survive.

That was the jungle rule.

And we started learning how to survive in any situation.

And even today we say we earn a certain amount of money so that we can Survive.

And that makes us happy.

However, we have forgotten that we are not here just to Survive but also to Grow.

 

Yes Growth is important.

But if you notice Growth term has always been associated with some kind of fear.

We often come across amazing opportunities which will helps us Grow.

But we feel a little scared. We try to cross check what risk factor is involved in it. Don’t we?

So instead of accepting it, we become skeptical about it and most of the times we miss the opportunity.

Why does this happen?

It is because our brain has been working on Survival Mechanics.

And it is not yet been trained for the Growth Mechanics.

This makes us lose some great things that come our way and it may take us to a new level in life, in terms of finances or spirituality.

So, if we really want Growth in our lives and not just wanna Survive, We should change the mechanics of our brain from Survival Mechanics to Growth Mechanics.

 

It will surely take time. But we can work upon it.

And the first step towards it would be just accepting any opportunity that comes our way without thinking of the risk and fearing about it or being skeptical about it.

And the next step would be taking knowledge about it.

    So, my dear friends, if you happen to come across any opportunity, whether it is about some financial growth in your work place or of any business, try to accept it and then explore it by taking knowledge from authentic sources.

I am glad that I have learnt to change my brain Mechanics from Survival to Growth with the help of MazaVyapar Community.

Circle Of Life

 

 

 Hi friends welcome to “Snehha Ke Vichar”.

We all want a beautiful life.

Rather we often say we want a successful life.

Most of the times it is a vague statement, perhaps, we actually do not sit and think what exactly are we looking for.

Yes, earning money is primarily important and once we earn a certain amount of money our life will be successful and beautiful.

 

But in the process of all this there are some more aspects of life which gets ignored at times and we feel it is ok for a certain period of time till we make good money and later those aspects can be taken care. But that usually does not happen. Or at times it’s too late.

    Then can we call it a beautiful life? I don’t think so.

So, I feel it is very important to work on all the aspects of life simultaneously while we are making money.

    Now you all must be wondering what are those aspects. And what are we supposed to work upon?

But before working on it we must analyze it and check where do we stand and then work accordingly.

And how do we do that?

Let me explain it to you.

The 4 aspects that I am talking about are:

1.      1.   Health

2.      2. Wealth

3.      3. Family

4.      4. Personal life

Now let’s place these aspects into a quadrant and rate them between zero to 10.

Where zero being the lowest and 10 being the highest score.

 

This will give us an idea in which aspect of life we need to work more upon.

Also, after rating it we need to connect those points with each other to form a circle.

If it makes a perfect round that means our Circle of Life is perfect.

 

And if the Circle of Life becomes an amoeba shaped circle then that’s a sign we need to work hard to make it perfect.

 

Say if our Health aspect scores somewhere around 5

Our Wealth scores 7

If we are unable to give time to our Family then the score would be below average may be less than 5

And if we do not have time to cherish our hobby and we do not get time for recreation with loved ones and friends then that aspect would also be below average.

 

Now try connecting these dots.

If it is forming an amoeba shape then we need to think.

 

Try making all of it 10.

While making money, the Wealth aspect will surely improve but what about Health and other aspects.

Are we giving time for rest of them?

 If not, Then, my dear friends let’s start doing it.

Let us start working on all the aspects simultaneously to make them perfect.

And keep analyzing our Circle Of Life over and Over again to make our life successful and beautiful.

Leap...And The Net Will Appear!

 Hi Friends, Welcome to “Snehha Ke Vichar”.

I often say this line to myself whenever I am I think of doing something new or whenever I try to get out of some bad situation “Leap..and the net will appear”.

 

It is simply faith in something. It could be faith in the Creator, angels, the Universe, yourself, or even a rock. It really doesn’t matter. It is the act of having faith that makes the difference.

Someone once told me that even an atheist has faith that when he flips the wall switch, the light will come on. 

  “Leap… and the net will appear." It became my battle cry, my philosophy of life.

 Take a chance, give something a try, at least you are doing something. It is one step towards taking control of your life.

 Find a goal, even a little one, and then do one thing towards reaching it. It may be scary, but a little fear gets the adrenaline pumping. The rewards can be immense. Your self-esteem will benefit greatly.

              If you succeed, even in a small way, you can say, “Look what I did!" Believe me, it feels great.   Having faith means that you are able to take a chance on something.

 Taking chances, even small ones, leads to opportunity. Even if you take a chance on something and it fails, you have learned something through the experience. I know one thing for sure, if you stay in your house, waiting for something to happen in your life, you will die in your house, waiting for something to happen.

    You do not have to take a leap of faith, just take one step in faith.

Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.

We often find ourself in a situation where we have to cross an abyss to reach the destination.

And there appears to be no bridge, no way across, only a long fall to certain death.

All we should do is,

Take the step anyway, and a bridge will just appear out of nowhere. Take the step in faith that we would not fall. That is exactly what I am talking about here.

               We all have the ability to look inside of ourselves and find our faith in something or someone. Find it, and take that chance, the reward will outweigh the cost.
