Have You Found Your FLOW?

 

Hi friends, let’s us talk something about flow.

I am sure most of you must be thinking what do I mean by finding one’s flow?

Before I begin to write about it, I would like to tell you that I have learned this amazing concept from a book named IKIGAI.

It’s a must read book. This book changed my lifestyle, my thought process and my daily routine.

In short, it changed my life.

Now coming back to our topic about finding our flow.

The book says, FLOW is nothing but our PURPOSE in life.

I firmly believe that we all have been put on this planet with some PURPOSE.

Also our being alive means that our PURPOSE on this planet has not yet been solved.

And that God will never call us to him unless we solve our PURPOSE.

But we all are so busy in our daily lives that we actually do not know what is our FLOW.

Most of the times we feel that we are a misfit in certain areas. Probably in our jobs or careers. And that leads to have frustration.

If you ever feel so and if you are able to relate to me, that means you have not found your FLOW.

FLOW is something that will give you happiness. 

FLOW is something that you would want to do all your life.

FLOW is something that can never make you feel get retired.

Yes earning the livelihood is important too.

One must take their responsibilities towards their loved ones seriously.

But try to find your FLOW. And see the magic.

Work will not feel like a burden anymore instead it will be like meditation.

Finding the FLOW is difficult.

But as the book IKIGAI says :

 “Who has a why to live can bear with any how”.

Meaning one who found his FLOW can learn how to work upon it and make the source of income out of it.

In my next blog I will tell you the ways to find your FLOW.

Till then try to think what gives you sheer happiness and what is that thing that you would want to do all your life. That will be your FLOW.
